Hi, I’m Taylor.

I am a Massage, Energy and Spiritwork Practitioner, originally graduating in 1995 from the Massage and Energy Healing programs at the North Carolina School of Natural Healing in Asheville, NC. I have been in private practice for many years now, and have been mentored by many wise Massage Therapists, Energy Medicine and Spiritwork practitioners throughout my years of study. I have also worked in both medical massage and chiropractic clinics, but truly find that the most complete healing comes from a collaborative whole-person approach blending physical, energetic, spirit and somatic based practices.

My client-centered, trauma-informed approach to healing means that your needs are always in the forefront of any session. I love the challenge of weaving together different elements in sessions to create a completely unique experience each and every time, to best serve your unique needs. I strive always to use my hands and body as an instrument of deep listening, so that I can be guided to assist you in your healing process in the most supportive way.

Modalities used in a session may include: Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, Chi Nei Tsang, Structural Decompression, Intra-oral and lymphatic work, movement re-education, McGloughlin Scar Release, Energywork, Spiritual practices and/or Neuromovement®. I am a graduate of both the Anat Baniel Method® Neuromovement® Core Curriculum and Children’s Mastery…and I’m thrilled to add these sessions to my repertoire!

I have a depth of experience helping clients recover from surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain injuries from car accidents (especially whiplash), post-partum issues (for baby and mother), carpal tunnel, TMJ, you name it! I find great joy in co-creating personalized treatment plans to help clients move into greater physical ease and mobility.

**PLEASE NOTE: I am no longer utilizing any “Deep Tissue” style techniques. If you are looking for someone to use a large amount of force in your massage session, please consider a different practitioner.
